החזרה והחלפה של מוצרים

* כל פריט חדש, אשר לא היה בשימוש ניתן להחלפה עם אריזתו והקבלה המקורית תוך 14 ימים קלנדריים מיום הרכישה.

לאחר מכן, לא ניתן להחליף את הפריט.

*  דמי ביטול עסקה על פי חוק 5%+ דמי משלוח.

* על הזמנות מיוחדות כגון: התאמת מידה, עיצוב אישי וכו', לא ינתן החזר כספי כלל ולא תהיה אפשרות החלפה.

* רכישת תכשיט מעל 3000 ₪ ללא אפשרות החזר.

 אחריות על המוצרים ניתנת למשך חצי שנה, תוך הקפדה של הלקוחה על הכללים הבאים:

 לא נעשה שימוש בבושם על התכשיטים,

 לא בא במגע עם כימיקלים וחמרי נקוי כמו כלור(בריכה) וכד'

 אין לשפשף עם תכשיט אחר או לשטוף כלים, עבודות בית וכד' 

מדיניות זו אינה מכסה נזק או אובדן הנובע כתוצאה משימוש לא נכון בפריט וגרימת נזק בשוגג או באקראי.

Please provide your details: full name, address and phone number.


Since the items are handmade manufactured and made by order

it will take up to 14 working days.


When your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email

along with a tracking number.

It can take from three to five days express shipping with DHL.

Shipments are sent to the address you provide, so please make 

sure it is current and correct. 




Shipping worldwide are due to DHL shipping costs.


International duties, import fees and any additional local taxes that 


your country or state applies are not included and are the 


customer's responsibility.  




Orders to countries outside Israel may be subject to import duties 


and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country.


Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. 


We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your 


package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your 


local customs.


Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs.

Thoughtful care is taken to ensure your items arrive safely at their destination.


Items are beautifully wrapped and boxed and/or 


bubble wrapped to provide security and protection during shipping.




Volume discounts are available: 10 items or more.

Refunds are accepted in original package. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt with tracking.


Please contact me prior to sending anything back.

In any case of return for exchange or cancellation of the purchase the shipping cost, insurance and /or tax fees will not be refunded 




for ring sizing, the US number system is used. If you do not know 


your ring size, I highly recommend having your finger sized by a 


local jeweler and asking for your US ring size before you place a 


custom order.

I am responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered.


However I cannot be responsible for determining your ring size.


If sizing issues arise, most issues can be accommodated 


depending on each situation.


Some rings may be difficult to be re-sized and may incur a resizing fee.


Please let us know before purchasing if you are unsure.



Natural Crystals vary in color and size. Your piece will bear 


individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and 


unique, it may vary from the one in the picture. 



POSTS & HOOKS of the earrings


Are made of silver, goldfilled or 18 kt gold plated brass depending on the model. 





All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a 


fault that was not found.


Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not 


considered a manufacturing fault. Jewelry and crystal items are 


delicate and should be handled carefully. Crystal stones breaking 


from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing fault.

on this. If you find your pieces has a manufacturing fault I will 


gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance 


with the following process:


 The product must have been purchased within 6 months of 




 You must notify Studio Oroca by email with: 


- a photograph of the item with a description of the fault 


- a "proof of purchase", being either the email confirmation or 


bank statement. 


Studio Oroca will respond within 4 business days.


 Items must be sent via a trackable method.


 Studio Oroca cannot be held responsible for goods that may be 


lost or damaged during return shipping. So please ensure all items 


being returned must be securely packaged with protective 


wrapping and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly 


packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so 


please take care when posting.


 Studio Oroca will then repair, replace, refund or in circumstances 


offer an exchange if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. 


 Replacements are only possible if the item is available. 


 If an exchange is offered and the price of the item differs from the 


original amount then Studio Oroca will refund the difference or 


request payment prior to sending the new item. 


 Refunds will be made through PayPal. The refund will be 


processed as soon as the items have been received by Studio 


Oroca . However, please allow up to 14 days from the day you 


return the item for your account to be credited.





Your privacy is important to us and we ensure that the information 


you provide is collected and held in accordance with relevant 


privacy law. If you choose to provide your personal details to us, 


we may collect the requested information from you including your 


name and contact details and any other information that you 






Paypal or Visa/ Isracard 

Items are shipped after the payment clears.





Repairs to damaged goods are assessed by case and may incur a 


fee if repair is possible.





Are not refundable.
